September 11 | Awareness Leads Movements

1) Movement First: awareness is focused on shifting of body weight and initiating of circular movement.
2) Coordination: awareness is focused on breathe with movement
3) Awareness leads to movement: movements become effortless by placing the awareness on the tips of  their fingers, thereby opening the 6 hand meridians, and connecting with the Conception or Governing vessel.

October 9 | Action and Reaction in Movements
Like the winding and unwinding of a spring, action and reaction occur in opposite directions. Learn awareness of the body as a whole by exploring connections between the wrist and waist, heel and temple, and the Qi connection between the limbs and Conception and Governing vessels. This is basic training for the movement induced Micro-Cosmic Orbit.

November 13 | Rhythm in Wild Goose Movement
We will focus on the human bio-rhythm as understood in Qigong practice by studying the balance of oppositional pairs (Yin & Yang), as in Wild Goose-1, and by studying the relationship between the dynamic and static, as in Wild Goose-V.

Wild Goose Qigong is a complete healing system. It is one of the most widely practiced styles of Qigong in China today. It is well known for its lovely and graceful movements that suggest an innocent and carefree wild goose. Wild Goose Qigong is a safe and powerful way to make your body stronger, your mind sharper and your mood happier. The movements and postures naturally open the twelve meridians, and induce Micro-Cosmic Orbit to circulate within the governing and conception vessels.
