The first three workshops this Winter/Spring will provide an intensive study of Wild Goose-II (The 2nd 64 Movements).

WG-II is an indispensable training for body posture, movement-breathing-awareness coordination, the opening of the 14 main meridians, and the interaction between Qi circulation within the body and the Qi-field around it.

Jan. 12

Wild Goose-II (Part 1)

Focus will be on techniques for stretching with ease by:
• Shifting of body weight
• Reverse abdominal breathing
• Center-periphery movement
• Use of imagery

Feb. 9

Wild Goose-II (Part 2)

Includes techniques for effortless and fluid practice by:
• Analyzing technically challenging passages
• Bringing awareness to pace and rhythm
• Overcoming difficulties and becoming comfortable with every movement

Mar. 8

Wild Goose-II (Part 3)

An in-depth exploration of WG-II:
• Understanding the health benefits
• Mapping the inner structure and its imagery within the mind
• Exploring Qi circulation within the body and Qi-field around it

Wild Goose-III (Kunlun Bagua)

• Train body and mind coordination
• Develop core stability and body centeredness
• Open the Conception & Governing vessels
• Nourish the internal organs
• Balance Yin & Yang aspects of the body

May 10

Wild Goose-VI (Patting Along the Meridians)

• Un-block stagnant Qi in the 12 meridians
• Improve one’s Qi & blood circulation
• Open the crown (bai-hui) & the bottom of the feet (K-1)
• Disperse sickly Qi, & detoxify
• Prevents any possible Qigong deviation

Jun. 7

Wild Goose-VII (Back-Stretching Qigong)

• Stretch & elongate the spine
• Open the Governing vessel, crown chakra, & Bubbling
   Spring points on the feet
• Effectively train body coordination & shifting of body weight
• Benefit neck, shoulder, spine & knee

Bone Marrow Washing

• Detoxify & purify ourselves without weakening the body;

Wild Goose-IX (Chest-Opening Aromatic Qigong)

• Regulate Qi to go rise from feet to the crown through walking the        circle in Bagua steps
• Learn how to purify one’s Qi
• Cultivate one’s Qi sensitivity
• Learn how to mix one’s Qi with the earth & heaven energy
• Start the “inner elixir” training process, by picking up the “medicine”    from the earth

May 17 & 18

Wild Goose Meditation III (the Big Dipper)

• Use specific movements & mantras to help circulate one’s Qi
• Detoxify oneself by getting rid of dirty Qi through the Bubbling Spring    point (K-1)
• Accumulate pure Yang energy through opening up the crown & all       the Yang meridians
• Use the olfactory sensation of fragrance as a catalyst to quiet & relax    one’s body & mind

Basic Principles of Wild Goose Qigong

Through practising movements from Wild Goose-1 (the 1st 64 Movements) and Wild Goose-4 (Tripod and Spiral), we will introduce the basic principles of Wild Goose Qigong, such as:
