an intensive study of Wild Goose-II (The 2nd 64 Movements).
WG-II is an indispensable training for body posture, movement-breathing-awareness
coordination, the opening of the 14 main meridians, and the interaction
between Qi circulation within the body and the Qi-field around it. |

Principles of Wild Goose Qigong
Through practising
movements from Wild Goose-1 (the 1st 64 Movements) and Wild
Goose-4 (Tripod and Spiral), we will introduce the basic principles
of Wild Goose Qigong, such as:
