New Year's Retreat

Wild Goose-XI (Self-Cultivation Qigong)

The main focus of this retreat is to teach and practice the basic form of Wild Goose-XI with emphasis on the seven mudras which are effectively used Self-Cultivation Qigong:
• O-Ring mudra
• Big Dipper mudra
• Five Elements are Open Mudra
• Horse Shoe mudra
• Buddha’s Hands mudra
• Three Fingers Needling mudra
• Golden Light mudra

We will also focus on the following essentials of Wild-Goose-XI:
• Moving Qi smoothly and gently throughout the whole body
• Softening the “body armor” we have created for self-protection
• Nourishing Qi through meditation-in-motion
• Cultivating Qi sensitivity through using mudras
• Sinking into the blissful Qigong state of mind
• Enjoying oneness with the divine universe

A Special Feature of this retreat:
Using the O-Ring mudra to activate the lower dan-tian and to expand the ability to store greater amounts of Qi.

Full Program Retreat:
Four nights lodging from Dec. 27-30 (double occupancy) at the Old Mission
Santa Barbara Renewal Center, includes 3 meals daily, and full program tuition.
$830 Before December 10
$875 After December 10, space permitting

Program Package:
$745 Full program tuition is $495, plus a required $250 fee for facility usage which includes three meals daily. We encourage people to take advantage of the full package retreat, and stay at the center for your lodging and meals.
